The product

How long does one water tank last?
The tank lasts about 6–8 hours in continuous mode. With intermittent mode it reaches up to 10 hours.

Is it noisy? Can I keep it on at night?
The noise level is around 25 dB — quieter than a whisper. It's designed to accompany sleep and includes an automatic shutoff timer.

Can I use any essential oil?
Yes. Just 2–3 drops in the dedicated tray. Compatible with lavender, eucalyptus, mint, citrus, and any pure essential oil on the market.

Can the LED lights be turned off?
Yes. With the included remote you can choose between 7 fixed colors, cycle mode, or completely turn off the light to use only the rain effect.

How much water does it need?
The tank holds about 300 ml. It fills and empties in seconds thanks to the top-loading design.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free, worldwide. No minimum order.

When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery in 7–12 business days within the EU, 12–20 days for the rest of the world. Tracking always included.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your package ships. Real-time status available via the carrier's site.

Returns & warranty

What if I don't like it? Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, no justification required. Returns are completely free.

Is there a product warranty?
Yes — the legal 24-month warranty applies. If your product stops working, we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
