Shipping zones
We ship to over 40 countries worldwide, including Italy, the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, United Arab Emirates and many more.
Shipping costs
Shipping is always free on all orders, with no minimum, worldwide.
Processing times
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Estimated delivery times
- Italy: 7–12 business days
- European Union: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
- Rest of the world (USA, Canada, Asia, Oceania, etc.): 12–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier, and possible customs delays.
Taxes and customs duties
For shipments within the European Union, no additional taxes apply.
For shipments outside the European Union, any import taxes, customs duties or local VAT may be charged by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's regulations before ordering.
