Returns and Refunds Policy - MistHaven

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, no justification needed. This is broader than the 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed by EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Free returns

Returns are completely free. You won't incur any shipping costs: we provide the prepaid label or refund any costs you have to advance.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must be:

  • In substantially intact condition, not damaged through misuse
  • Returned with all accessories and original components (remote included)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to request a return

To start the process, contact us at founder@saaspipelinestudio.com with your order number and (optionally) the reason. You'll receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll send you an email notification. The refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days from approval. Actual credit timing then depends on your bank or payment processor.

Legal warranty of conformity

All MistHaven products are covered by the legal 24-month warranty of conformity required by consumer law (EU Directive 1999/44/EC and local implementations). If your product becomes defective within this period, you're entitled to repair, replacement, or refund at no cost.

Replacements

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
